HTML Tutorial
Eliminating Browser Offset

Eliminating the 5-8 pixel offset in the browser window's corners

Make your <BODY> tag look like this:

<BODY marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" style="margin: 0">

You can, of course, keep all of the other attributes that are in your <BODY> tag...just make sure the ones above are all in.

This will eliminate the browser offset and will allow your images to snuggle up to the window's edge. Please note that you will not be able to see this in GoLive's preview mode. You'll have to preview it in Netscape or IE.
