Changing the contents of two or more frames with one click
There are two ways of making this happen. The first one is simple and requires no fancy tricks, and is accomplished by simply planning ahead.
If your site design calls for three frames, one on the left and two on the right, as the icon to the left shows, then changing the content of the two frames on the right is a simple matter.
Create your main document with two vertical frames, not three. Size the left frame to exactly the width you want. Now create another document with two horizontal frames and set the first Frame Set to load that document into its rightmost frame. See the example below.

In this manner, with one click you can change the content of both frames instantly, by simply loading another frame set into the rightmost frame. Remember to name all your frames and target them correctly.
Now, if your site is more complicated than this and you have a lot of frames [you're starting to regret that now, aren't you? Live and learn...], there is still hope. Using GoLive's Goto Link Action, you can change the content of as many frames as you want, using ONE click!! Here's how:
Click on the link you want to activate the change in content in the multiple frames. In the Inspector, switch to the Actions Tab. Select the Mouse Click option on the left if it isn't already selected. Then click the Add Action button on the right [+] to add an action. Choose the Goto Link Action from the Action > Link popup menu. Choose the document to be loaded into the first frame to be changed. Type the name of the destination frame in the Target field beneath.

Repeat these steps as many times as necessary, adding a Goto Link Action for every frame you wish to change. When you're finished, clicking the link should cause new content to be loaded into all of the targeted frames. Remember to name all your frames and target them correctly.
